Affiliation Marketing - Two Tier

Many people have tried their luck at making money online - either by selling their goods online or being a product reseller. Just like every other "As Seen On TV" product that comes out of the factory, this strategy is more miss than hit. You have to come up with the next big thing, or be part of it, to be able to gain the popularity and the financial returns that you envisioned. This, plus having to build a website, make the product, promote the product and find the market for it.

What if I told you that there was a way where you don't have to make any product, promote the product, find the market and create a website for the product and still earn money online? Impossible? Not at all! This method of business has been in existence since commerce was created. It's called brokering. On the one hand, you have one company that has a product and, on the other, the consumers looking for that product. You become the instrument in bringing the two together, and get commissions for every product sold.

How does this work online? Didn't I say that you don't have to find the market to sell the products? Yes, all you have to do is affiliate yourself with the website and find a marketer website to promote the first website to. A marketer website would usually have members or a mailing list. To promote the products of the first website, all they need to do is send out emails to their members announcing the new product. And for every member that buys a product off the website, the marketer gets commissions from the sale and you get an overriding commission as well. The best way for this to work is to look for product websites with a two-tier affiliation program.

What is a two-tier affiliation program? The way two-tier affiliate marketing works when you sign up as an affiliate to a product website and have someone sign up under you to become an affiliate marketer for that same website. Every time someone follows a link from their site and then buys a product or service from the main website, you earn commissions from it.

To figure out which websites to affiliate with, look for the following:

ท Websites that offer to pay at least $10 commission per second tier sale. It is not a requirement, rather it's the best scenario, as 10 buys would get you $100 and so on.

ท Websites that provide ready to go marketing materials like email promotions, adverts, banner ads etc. that would be ideal.

ท Websites that have a "cookie tracking system" for their affiliate program. This assures you that even if the marketers you try to broker deals with don't sign up on the day you contact them, but sign up months later, you still get credited for any sales they make months down the line.

That's how you make money online with the least of efforts.
