How to Have People Create AdWords For Your Business

As an SEO Analyst my job was to analyze our marketing budget and try to cut costs as much as possible while trying to increase conversion at the same time. We were spending well over 7 digits in AdWords about three years ago. Our sales number were misleading and we needed to cut costs in paid advertising. At the time we didn't have any affiliate program for our online business.

Affiliate marketing was new to us and we were unfamiliar with the process and how things worked. We understood the concept of having someone market our products, in turn, we pay them a commission of the sale price. What we didn't realize was the fact that we were getting a lot of exposure without trying. We're leveraging our marketing efforts by giving our affiliates a percentage of the sales.

Do a search in Google for "affiliate marketing" and you'll find great affiliate companies out there, it all depends on what your budget for the application to becoming an advertiser. This marketing channel is often left out and there profits to gain with this marketing strategy. Remember, if you have the opportunity to spend a dollar to make two, why wouldn't you do it?
