Day in the Life of an Affiliate Marketer

Being an affiliate marketer these days is waaay too easy with all the new tools and software out there to give you an edge over your competitors.
So with all the technology at hand, and working from home a day in the life of an affiliate marketer would go something like this...
After waking up around 10am and eating breakfast, the computer is cranked up to check stats on PPC campaign. There might be somethings that I need to tweak to increase profits and conversions.
Check out one of my landing pages to prepare it for a redesign. This is to increase visitors overall experience and of course the conversion rates. Outsource task to Scriptlance or Elance for $50. With that done, now it's time to track down the sales I'm getting from my affiliate networks. See what's selling and what's not.
Next I head over to my email and see if I have any emails to answer from customers, if so I must get this done fast because I don't want to spend too much time here. Also makes a prospective customer hotter than an unanswered email. I try to keep my affiliate marketing business professional yet friendly. BIG BUSINESS :) because that's what it is.
Next I head over to affiliate forums and chat rooms to chat with other affiliates to see what's working and surprisingly some of the TOP affiliate marketers give up their best tactics...So what do I do I go out and try it and see if it works!
After all that I go create some unique content in form of recommendations and submit it to my niche sites. Some of use call the copywriting and others call writing a simple review.
Next I read all my RSS feeds to see whats new in the marketplace and comment on other people blogs. This does two things, promote my sites and give some valuable content to the readers and the owner of the blog.
By this time it's time for lunch. Man...time flies, by this time I'm done for the day. So I'll probably grab something to eat, chill out with friends and family. But since I'm very ambitious, I work on some more projects that will turn heads in the niche I'm working on!! :)
This was just to give you a glimpse of what it's like to live life on your own terms.
