File-sharing technologies further enlarged the music industry by exposing more music options to listeners.

E-books form a new industry that affiliate marketers could take advantage. E-books, along with e-book reader hardware, have market potentials because more people now read online or through their computers.

What further made affiliate marketing tip is the increasing use of credit cards and cheaper global freights. Credit card companies just made buying easier and cheaper freights made safer handling and faster delivery of purchased goods. Amazon.com and Amway eventually forged a partnership with these service companies and found skyrocketing sales.
