My topic for this article post is creating affiliate income streams and building your list. Communicate and talk to affiliates you have referred on a regular basis and try to always work to see that they get value out of their association with you. This might involve motivating your affiliate team by rewarding them from time to time for completing tasks or working extra hard to do something that benefits the group. Be eager to offer praise and available to help if they need you.

Encourage education and developing of needed skills to the leaders on your team. The more they get to know, they will pass downline to others in your group freeing you up to assist new people coming into the team. This also makes the income duplication process a whole lot smoother as your leaders will soon learn how to duplicate your success with their own success.

Number two is creating affiliate income streams. Don't be afraid to recommend your best programs to your group and encourage them to join if it benefits them. Do respect their primary business and offer support for helping them develop it. Often, people are hungry to develop income streams they can be in profit quickly with to get support for their primary business while it is developing. Traffic exchanges with generous commissions, ad revenue programs, hosting solutions services, and one-time purchase type programs are all examples of income streams that can quickly be developed.

Next, use these systematically to help build traffic and develop some potential income streams to help you become profitable by joining and upgrading in programs where you can make a decent profit margin by recommending them to your downline. Once you gain the respect and trust of your team, many will follow you into your primary business and create affiliate income streams for you. No one said being a leader was easy, but after you're done polishing your apple, the taste of success is sweet.
